If you wish to meet the DJ prior to your event, we suggest arranging the meeting at either Durbanville or at Mug & Bean, Tygervalley. However, if you prefer to meet at the venue or any other location, ad additional cost will be included in your quote. The exact price will be determined based on the distance in kilometers traveled for the meeting.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required. Please note that the booking fee cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.

The remaining balance must be settled and paid in full one week prior to the scheduled event.

On the day of the event, it is necessary to provide meals for the DJ and their assistant.

The client will be held responsible for any damage to the equipment that may occur during the course of the event.

Please make sure that a table and tablecloth are prepared on the day of the event for the setup, Additionally please ensure that you inform the venue about the availability of a power outlet near the DJ table.

The setup will happen 90 minutes prior to the event. If i need to set up more than 90 minutes before the event, an additional fee of R 1000 per hour will be charge.

If you wish to extend the DJ service by additional hour(s), kindly notify DJ Wico 30 minutes before the scheduled end of your event. Please note that the payment for overtime should be made in cash.
